Additionally, clinicians are increasingly sidelined by administrative tasks, limiting their capacity to engage proactively with patients. This systemic gap not only compromises patient outcomes but also exacerbates the financial burden on the healthcare system, a challenge that is projected to continue to worsen in the coming years.That\'s why we\'re proud to introduce the world to \"Carrie,\" our innovative voice-based AI Health Companion for chronic care management and coordination. Our cutting-edge platform engages patients through natural, goal-oriented conversations via phone calls, providing personalized care and education between clinical visits. Carrie assists with medication adherence, monitors for and detects symptom development, and alerts care teams via EHR integrations to allow for timely intervention. Starting with heart failure and expanding to other comorbid conditions. Carrie aims to improve patient outcomes by reducing preventable (re)admissions, enhancing care team efficiency, and bridging the gap between clinical visits to promote healthier living at home and lowered total cost of care.
