Always curious about how things work and how they can work better. Every system we build rests on a logic, a problem to solve, a process to streamline, an insight to scale. But systems don’t always behave the way we expect. I’ve been drawn to what happens in that gap where design meets reality, and where real impact is decided. That curiosity has led me across projects: building ERP systems that had to work for real users, diving into analytics to make sense of data behind decisions, and now, working at the intersection of business and technology at ZS. What keeps me going isn’t just writing clean code or building dashboards, it’s the challenge of making solutions that stick. Ones that are not only technically sound, but actually used, understood, and sustained. Right now, I’m learning how technology scales in complex environments where decisions involve tradeoffs, clarity competes with complexity, and outcomes are shaped by more than logic alone.
