I feel proud being part of a team which contributes something meaningful in the lives of so many people. Hi. My name is Divyansh Kharadkar and I am a Business Banking RM at ICICI Bank. I assist MSMEs for Working Capital requirements. My job requires me to specialize in Finance, Trade, EXIM, Forex, Accounts, Sales and Marketing to understand my client\'s requirements and tailor the right product for their needs. I manage a portfolio of ₹ 100 Cr growing @ 40%. I also work alongside various teams internally to give a complete 360 solution to my customers. I get to work with Risk, Operations, Wealth, Technology and other departments. In addition, I also get to work with external channels like Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers and Vendors for various services. In my 2.5 years of experience, I have been lucky to have worked with industries ranging from retail trading to specialized industries like robotics, and have met promoters of companies ranging from 2 cr to 500 Cr. The most important learning from my experience and my mentors here at ICICI Bank has been - if you want to be a good salesman, first learn how to be a good customer. I will always be grateful to ICICI Bank that gave me an opportunity to prove myself and time to discover myself.
