Preparation of Feasibility Study, Detailed Project Report, Design & Detailed Engineering, contractmanagement, Project Management consultancy and safety and compliance management services fordevelopment of Railway Infrastructure Preparing & submitting the Detailed Project Report & Engineering Scale Plan to Railways and getting final approval from Railways for construction of Railway. Further contract administration for whole project,preparation of RFP, tender documents and Bit process management. To maintain whole documentation work for Billing and Estimation of the contractor as a senior engineer. Responsible for Quality assurance and its documentation works. To identify the variation in quantities scope of the project for the variation work of the project andto submit the same to client on time and taking follow-up of the same. Identify and manage of the risks, critical problems and Discussion of that with PM and focusingsolution for the same in connection with timely completion of the project. To assist/help to planning manager to prepare a project budget, effective cost control for theimplementation in a project for cost optimization. To check the stocks of materials and its test reports and doing reconciliation of the material. To check & review the financial and technical daily progress report and Monthly progress report. To prepare estimate and billing during execution of work. Give guidance & Handling to the sub-contractor, engineers & team at site. RDSO and other concerning departments related to project execution work. Dealing with PMC Experts, supervisors & RVNL officials for the execution of site work on Dailybasis.
