Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery while meeting production and customer requirements.• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (production, quality, customer service) and external partners such as 3PL providers, carriers, and drivers to resolve issues and maintain smooth logistics flow.• Supervise warehouse staff by assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting efficient shipping and receiving operations.• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution, while identifying opportunities to improve shipping accuracy, workflow efficiency, and operational processes.• Prepare and verify logistics documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL), customs paperwork, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and related shipping documents to ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
