As a process engineer, I am passionate about Process designing, modification and optimizing production along with ensuring efficient operations. With more then 3.5 year of professional experience and about 6 months of internship in the field of process engineering, I have honed my skills in process design, modification, intensification, and troubleshooting.Experienced and professional user of Aspen Plus/HYSYS software for process Simulation and holding expertise of Designing, Rating and simulation of heat exchanger in Aspen EDR Software.As a process engineer, I see every project as an opportunity to make a difference. I believe that the most effective way to optimize processes is to look beyond the surface-level issues and understand the root causes of inefficiencies. By doing so, I have been able to identify and implement solutions that not only improve productivity, but also have a positive impact on the environment and the community.Throughout my career, I have been involved in various projects from initial feasibility studies to process commissioning and start-up. Also did product such as batch time reduction of multi product batch plant, Capacity enhancement. My experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of process systems and the ability to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.In my current role at Aarti Industries LTD, Vapi, I have done multiple initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, reduction of batch cycle time, and improve productivity. My analytical skills and attention to detail have allowed me to identify opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency, resulting in significant improvements in production output and quality.I am a firm believer in continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
