Built and improved campaign processing flows using queue-based background jobs with BullMQ for CSV ingestion, message sending, and delivery-status processing. Integrated Twilio APIs for SMS and WhatsApp conversations, including webhook-based status handling and controlled processing to keep memory and database load manageable. Worked on custom Twilio Flex plugins and Twilio Studio flows to support communication and customer workflow requirements.
