As a BBA graduate, I apprehended the foundational concepts of the business and its implementation in the real world. Additionally, I equipped myself with skills that are required in professional management qualification. I have acquired comprehensive knowledge in the field of HR and Marketing. My experiences in freelancing sector have increased my creativity and problem solving abilities related to business problems of HR and Marketing field. I joined a not for profit organization (NPO) as a junior manager to polish my leadership skills. Being effective communicator with exceptional team building and interpersonal skills, I got selected for higher leadership role as senior manager. I have attained blended skills and want to deploy these skills to recruit, manage and retain talent. I am good at managing relations with my colleagues as well as other stakeholders. I have deep understanding of fundamentals of Marketing and HR. I can use this understanding to create favourable marketing strategies and positive culture of company. My versatility can help me to analyze data quickly and get updated with market trends. Dealing with all the past opportunities, I have surpassed various challenges and made a measurable impact.
