   Productionized a two-stage retrieval + reranking pipeline (SentenceTransformers bi-encoder, cross-encoder)for transaction-to-store classification; processed 6B+ historical transactions and reduced tagging cost by 90% vsrule-based/manual tagging.• Containerised GPU inference with Docker and deployed on AWS ECS (EC2 GPU); orchestrated batch processing with Airflow DAGs and scaled distributed workers via SQS, reducing end-to-end daily runtime from 6 hours to 30 minutes and improving backfill reliability.• Built an LLM-assisted QA and evaluation workflow using store-specific prompts to audit false positives/false negatives; measured precision/recall, optimised thresholds via PR curves / F1-maximisation, and applied per-store calibration to reduce long-tail false positives before production rollout.
