Purpose of my life:My purpose in life is to bring out the best potential of every individual who joins me on this journey, called LIFE. Together, we evolve as highly conscious beings and aim to live on this planet as minimalists, dedicated to the well-being of both current and future generations, and inspire meaningful contributions and scaling the impacts of environmental stewardship.Current Engagement: I am deeply committed to transforming waste management which is an ignored sector.\"Out of sight, out of mind is what the status of waste disposal is in this country and in my parts of the world!\"My work spans across urban areas,(rural India) gram panchayats, industrial parks, and educational institutions, residential and commercial complexes, where I enhance and implement innovative waste management systems. Central to my mission is ensuring that government funds, resources, and manpower allocated for waste management are used effectively & efficiently. I am personally driven by the Vision of Zero waste Landfill. I am an evolving parent, and every experience with my 9 year old, makes me a better employer and manager. Regular time in the mountains and nature and my 2 hours meditation and hatha yoga (learnt from Sadhguru from Isha foundation) schedule everyday keeps me balanced for this life that I joyfully embrace each day. Prior to my attention towards waste, I founded and managed Fifthnote - the music school of Surat. I pioneered the city’s music concert culture across diverse genre, organising over 50 events in a year, practically 1 event per week. This initiative activated an otherwise dormant music scene in the city, and brought together an ever-growing vibrant music community. In my previous life, I worked in the IT industry, focusing on building and mapping business processes on IT systems to enhance data management and visibility. My roles spanned technical IT, business analysis, project management, and consulting, and I gained international experience working in countries such as China, Germany, France and Switzerland, and in my home country, India.During my stay in Switzerland, I founded a network named, Swiss Indian Round Table, driving informal regular conversations and expert speaker sessions, to bridge the cultural differences to Swiss companies starting their business in/with India. I have co-founded Surat Sustainability Round Table igniting discussions among diverse influential citizens\' group on various topics of climate change inviting key stakeholders for sharing facts and their perspectives to conscious citizens.

We work with Municipal corporations, municipalities in urban cities and facilitate implementation of waste management. Our primary role is IEC BCC in several layers of different types of waste among citizens - driving behavior change for waste segregation at source and once this most difficult task starts to show some results, we work with waste collectors, waste managers and decision makers and enablers to ensure proper disposal of waste in the city. In collaboration with Surat Municipal Corporation, under Swachch Bharat Mission of Government of India, we have evolved and executed a substantial pilot and scaled up the pilot in one zone of Surat for WASTE SEGREGATION behavior change of persons to shift from 1 dustbin to 3 dustbins. impacted persons in Surat We are on a mission to facilitate zero waste gram panchayats, zero waste institutions, zero waste industrial parks, zero waste societies, zero waste events.
