I present myself as a qualified professional with an extensive background in project implementation of Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Refinery, Petrochemical, Onshore cross country Pipeline Projects in various mode of execution i.e. EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) PMC (Project Management Consultants) and OBE (Open Book Execution) Projects from conceptualization to delivery encompassing pre construction planning, monitoring, overall inter-discipline coordination and resource planning-SKILL SET— Roll-out of projects and Front End Loading with accountability of coordinating/managing design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities within preset budget and time schedule Executed projects covering cross-country crude and multi-product pipelines including terminals for Natural Gas and Crude Oil. Managed project of a 9 MMTPA Refinery and 10.5 MMTPA revamp along with obtaining FIDs for mega projects as Appraisal Manager-MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS-As an individual, I am a self-starter with excellent strong communication, analytical & team development skills. I am a results-driven professional and am comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Some of my major achievements to mention are1. Successful completion, commissioning and Handover of 9 MMTPA MS Block of a greenfield refinery project, handling mechanical execution involved from construction and commissioning through final billing of all process units and close out.2. Seamless mechanical completion for 10.5 MMTPA Brownfield refinery offsite works as Mechanical Lead Responsible for entire mechanical and piping scope.3. Successful commissioning and systems handover as Site In charge for capacity augmentation of 779 kms cross country product pipeline including revamp of 6 nos. terminals.4. Directed completion of execute engineering and procurement phase as Project Manager a Crude Oil Terminal, crude oil pipeline, along with crude & intermediate storage and a Demountable Flare Package for a 9 MMTPA refinery.5. Obtained FID for a multi billion dollar Petrochemical Project with Ethane and Propane handling facilities following successful completion of FEL activities as Appraisal Manager Lead and initiated Execute activities for the Project.Furthermore, I have also directed cross-functional teams using interactive & motivational leadership; and was acknowledged for mentoring members with an equal desire to win.To know more about me or my work, please drop me a line at d••••••••@gmail.com
