At Oyster Bay Venture Capital, our focus is on identifying and supporting impactful solutions along the food value chain from the field to consumer goods to recycling and waste. While the food industry is responsible for around a third of greenhouse gases, it is also the first critical sector to feel the effects of climate change. Our core focus is on early-stage food-tech startups in Europe (Pre-seed to Series A) which have a clear positive impact in building a stronger food system.About me: I have over ten years of experience in finance as an impact investor and consultant where I\'ve worked closely with early-stage startups as well as global corporates in a range of sectors. I completed my MBA and have worked across roles in M&A consulting, corporate credit rating and risk advisory. Before joining Oyster Bay, I was heading investments at ProVeg Incubator working closely with early-stage food-tech startups globally in the alt-protien sector.I\'m really motivated to build a more sustainable future.
