Throughout my career, I\'ve embraced diverse roles, showcasing versatility, leadership, and technical prowess, shaping my professional journey and fostering my growth and success. As a Leader, I lead a multifaceted team of over 50 professionals, spanning expertise in SAP, change management, SuccessFactors, Workday, and Workforce practices. My role extends to bilingual operations, where I nurture collaboration, mentorship, and growth, empowering team members to realize their full potential through mentorship and expert guidance. Key among my responsibilities is seamless engagement with stakeholders like Account Partners, Project Managers, and the Project Management Office (PMO), strategically allocating resources to meet demands, forging partnerships with practice leads from other units across North America to enhance units\' expansion. Resource planning is a recurring theme; I assess staffing needs, strategized costing, hiring, and utilization forecasts, aligning closely with senior executives and managers to achieve targets. Fostering talent within my team is a priority; I identify and mentor emerging leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals through comprehensive reviews of hiring, training, certification, and utilization objectives in regular practice meetings. As a Coach and Service Area Lead, I excelled at both organizational and project levels. Prioritizing employee engagement and learning, I championed training and improved e-NPS scores. At the project level, I oversaw the lifecycle of Technical Solutions within an agile framework, collaborating with clients, cross-functional teams, and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions. I also collaborated with the Reporting and Analytics divisions to make sure optimized data presentation within analytic reports. Collaboration with Security, Controls, Basis, Admin, and Support teams was key, defining integration controls, monitoring strategies, synchronizing blueprints, and facilitating smooth transitions for project work and documentation. In conclusion, my career has centered on leadership, resource planning, talent development, collaboration, and technical expertise.
