With 12+ years at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, I specialize in translating complex AI capabilities into enterprise-scale impact.My work in enterprise AI strategy has been integral to shaping the development of AI Garage (AI Global Capability Center, AI GCC)—Google’s accelerator for applied AI adoption. I now lead AI for Service Delivery Transformation, where I head a team of AI strategists and direct a cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, program managers, and UX leaders. Together, we are building agentic AI solutions that redefine global operations touching Googlers in 60+ countries. From strategy through execution, we are pioneering new human-AI operating models that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and service quality.Beyond solution-building, I focus on organizational readiness for AI.
