ABOUT DIVYA MALHOTRA

I am a highly experienced Legal and Corporate Support Specialist, with more than twelve years’ experience in strategizing, documenting, and delivering complex international agreements to the highest professional standards, no matter how challenging or demanding the prevailing circumstances might be.In my current role, as Global Contracts Manager with Sodexo UK (since 2019), I have secured successful completion of a network of global facility management contracts across more than twenty territories (and, in the process, overseen creation of a variety of sophisticated organisational systems and structures).I am passionate about doing the best I can in everything I do, and steadfastly committed to ensuring optimal service outcomes. However complex the challenge, I always do my best to rise to it.As you might expect, therefore, I have advanced proficiencies in building, developing, and leading implementation of cutting edge operational systems on a full life cycle basis. And I know just how important collaborative and stakeholder engagement is to that process: I am skilled in creating and nurturing resilient, long term relationships asa foundation for sustainable growth, and have excellent communication and team working competencies.In addition, I am an Honours Graduate in Law from the University of Delhi, and that has given me a solid platform from which to build on and energise my analytical, financial, and (of course) legal capabilities.I am also highly IT Literate (with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
