Texas Advertising Group (TAG) is the official collegiate chapter of the American Advertising Federation and maintains a strong affiliation with the Austin Advertising Federation. As Head of Membership, I serve as the recruitment chair, helping to attract and retain an average of 400 active members annually.We host weekly networking events featuring guest speakers and panels from leading advertising agencies and companies both locally and globally, including Amazon, Preacher, GSD & M, CAA, Ogilvy, Nike, and more. I also lead our mentorship program, which pairs upperclassmen with new members for monthly meetings focused on career and academic guidance. In addition, I organize networking events for the program and oversee member recruitment at the start of each semester.
