As an HR associate at TCS, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for the employees and the clients. I have two years of experience in HR department, where I have contributed to various aspects of talent acquisition, retention, and development.I have developed and applied my HR enhancing interview skill to conduct effective and fair interviews for potential candidates, ensuring that they match the company\'s culture and values. I have also supported the HR tag negotiation process, where I have negotiated the salary and benefits for the selected candidates, maintaining a balance between the company\'s budget and the candidates\' expectations. Additionally, I have demonstrated my allyship expertise by participating in and promoting the diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company, such as the employee resource groups, the mentorship programs, and the training sessions. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kuvempu University, where I studied accounting and finance. I have applied my knowledge and skills in these fields to manage the payroll and the budget for the HR department, ensuring accuracy and compliance. I am also keen to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my HR capabilities and performance, such as the HR analytics tools, the HR software, and the HR best practices.
