ABOUT DIVYA SOMYSETTY
Growing up, I loved working with numbers, especially when competing in AMC math competitions. That passion led me to study Accounting with a minor in Computer Science at Seattle University, where I enjoy solving problems, analyzing data, and finding practical solutions. Beyond academics, I’m a Resident Assistant, where I help build a strong community on campus, and I serve as Treasurer for the Association for Computing Machinery and Fashion Club. These roles have helped me develop leadership, teamwork, and financial management skills—whether I’m organizing events, managing budgets, or supporting my peers. Now in my second year at the Albers School of Business and Economics, I’m focused on learning, growing, and applying my skills in real-world settings. I’m excited to explore opportunities in accounting, audit, finance, management, and tech-related business roles where I can bring my analytical mindset and leadership experience to the table.
