I am a highly motivated and dedicated professional withover 20 years of experience that includes technical writing, project operations and management, and process optimization.During my career, I have successfully managed projects from inception to completion, streamlining processes and delivering results in collaboration with customers, Technical Assistance Centers (TAC), product management, and subject matter experts. My diverse experience spans the EDA, financial, telecommunications, networking, and quote-to-cash domains, allowing me to quickly adapt to new technologies. I possess strong expertise in content design, information architecture, project management, organizational skills, writing, and communication. I am proud to have received global recognition and awards for my contributions to every project I have undertaken.In my role as a manager, I have focused on defining strategies that emphasize innovation, employee engagement, and performance management. I specialize in establishing clear objectives and metrics that foster accountability and drive continuous improvement. I have successfully led teams to achieve ambitious goals while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and nurturing talent.I have had the opportunity to present at several prestigious conferences, including the Society of Technical Communication, where I discussed the documentation process in Agile, the Tekcom Conference, where I addressed documentation in the open-source community for OpenDaylight Controllers, and was also on a panel discussing whether AI is a boon or bane for Technical writers in the Tech Writers Tribe Conference. Additionally, I have participated in product carnivals and conferences, further showcasing my commitment to professional development and knowledge sharing.
