My diverse experience spans the EDA, financial, telecommunications, networking, and quote-to-cash domains, allowing me to quickly adapt to new technologies. I possess strong expertise in content design, information architecture, project management, organizational skills, writing, and communication. I am proud to have received global recognition and awards for my contributions to every project I have undertaken.In my role as a manager, I have focused on defining strategies that emphasize innovation, employee engagement, and performance management. I have successfully led teams to achieve ambitious goals while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and nurturing talent.I have had the opportunity to present at several prestigious conferences, including the Society of Technical Communication, where I discussed the documentation process in Agile, the Tekcom Conference, where I addressed documentation in the open-source community for OpenDaylight Controllers, and was also on a panel discussing whether AI is a boon or bane for Technical writers in the Tech Writers Tribe Conference.
