Leading The Better India’s collaboration with NITI Aayog, Government of India, on the Frontier Tech Repository, a national knowledge platform spotlighting India’s frontier technology innovations across agriculture, healthcare, education, and space and security. I facilitated the repository\'s high-profile national launch by the Union Minister of Finance and the Union Minister of Railways and Electronics and Information Technology. My responsibilities include: 1. Directing the end-to-end development of the Repository, including research, development and curation of case studies and multimedia content:A) 200+ innovations with applications in sustainability, defence, healthcare, and education.B) 10 additional insights for each content piece on India\'s supporting policy frameworks, implementation insights, global relevance, sustainable development goals, and grassroots and beneficiary insights. Establishing rigorous eligibility criteria and synthesizing data into structured case studies and impact metrics at sectoral and state levels.3. Collaborating closely with senior government officials and policymakers, including Senior and Distinguished Fellows, Program Architects, IT and Technical Consultants, and the CEO of NITI Aayog. Designing and executing programs to drive repository adoption by State governments, public stakeholders, researchers, and think tanks.5. Managing cross-functional teams across technical support, government officials, funders, and research to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all outputs.
