As a Sourcer Recruiter at Amazon, I am passionate and goal-oriented about finding and attracting the best talents for various non-technical positions across the globe. I have been working with the Global Strategic Sourcing team since January 2022, supporting the recruitment of maintenance technicians, reliability maintenance planners, automation engineers, lead retail associates, lead fulfillment associates, and full-time assistant managers in different regions and countries. I am currently working with EMEA team to find talents for Sneior Operations team in UK and Ireland. I have a strong background in human resources management, with a MA degree from Madras School of Social Work and multiple internships at reputable companies such as Zilker Technology, Numeric UPS, Ashok Leyland, GreenPark Hotels, and TAFE. I have also obtained a Licensed Sourcer certification from SocialTalent in September 2023. I have also contributed to several projects, such as the Women In Night shift pilot project, the lower attrition during peak season initiative, the increase associate daily attendance percentage program, and the diversity recruitment for PWD and transgender candidates.
