My Responsibilities:Manage and Own Lead Generation Process from start to end.•Mapping US & UK markets, capturing market intelligence and defining the target market for Draftsourcing Engineering services.• Profiling companies across industries based on revenue, employee strength, vertical, etc, and defining Target Accounts.• Discovering Right Party Contacts (RPC) within a Target Account.• Maintaining CRM. • Conducting surveys and identifying the right business opportunities from Target Accounts.• Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment (Web Meeting or Face to Face) for the VPs.• Following up on new business opportunities in different verticals and setting up meetings for VPS.• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients as well as the prospects post-meeting and put all the necessary effort into bringing the deal to closure.• Identify Opportunities by engaging with the right people with relevant messages.• Create Opportunities with consultative sales tactics to identify pain areas with our solutions.• Providing management with feedback and also a weekly schedule of planned activities.• Handle correspondence related to all selling activities.
