   As a Mentor with FEA India, I support and guide students from rural and low-income communities to unlock their potential through education, life skills, and career readiness. Over the course of mentoring more than 5 cohorts, I have contributed to building their confidence, communication abilities, and employability. My aim is to empower these young individuals to create meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Also, this is my way of giving back to the society.Mentor and guide students from rural and low-income backgrounds to build essential life skills, communication proficiency, and self-confidence for personal and professional advancement.What I do as a Mentor?Read below-Facilitate interactive sessions on topics such as leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, career awareness, and goal setting — nurturing a growth mindset among learners.Provide personalized support and feedback, additionally helping them navigate academic and career pathways.Encourage digital literacy and employability skills through exposure to real-world tools and professional expectations, bridging the gap between education and employment.Foster resilience, self-efficacy, and a sense of purpose in students through consistent mentoring, motivation, and role modeling.Contribute to FEA India’s mission of empowering youth and creating a more equitable society by actively promoting education, inclusivity, and social mobility.
