I am a Chartered Accountant currently working with Citi as a Senior Auditor.I was associated with Deloitte for more than 6.5 years & have developed strong technical accounting/auditing & analytical skills together with excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.I have a hands on experience in the the field of Finance,Accountancy, Auditing, Internal Auditing, Taxation. Also completed Certification Course in IFRS from ACCA UK.While working in the field of Audit I have got immense experience in understanding the financial & operating processes of different industries including Manufacturing, Service, Media & Entertainment & Healthcare Service Industries. I have been involved in Assurance activities including IND AS & IFRS advisory services & have also assisted client on issues & accounting of Business Combination Amalgamation & Merger.While working in the multinational company I have kept myself updated with the COSO Framework, Auditing Standards, USGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS. Also have a strong technical background in Company Law & have also completed my LLB from Government Law College.I have further been involved in Evaluating the COSO (Enterprise Risk Management) by testing the Entity Level Controls and performing walkthroughs with the process owners to identify the the risk associated with controls implemented for various Financial & operational processes & perform procedures to evaluate & design & determine the implementation of Controls. Identification of GITC, Automated Controls in complex IT Environment, Interacting with the IT Team for testing the automated controls for Segregation of Duties Conflicts & evaluating the risk & controls to mitigate the risk.Have strong experience in working on SAP & Tally ERP system & also have working knowledge of Power BI & Tableau. Have advanced level experience of working in Microsoft Office tools.Have managed the team of 5 including Chartered Accountants & Semi Qualified CAs. Also have conducted internal organization trainings for Associates to Manager level. Previously I also worked with one of the top CPA Accounting firm of the USA, EisnAmper LLP. The clients I am accustomed with mainly include into Financial Services industry including the Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Investment Advisors of the USA market.Have advised client on the complexities or issues related to Consolidation of Accounts, Finalisation of Books of Accounts.
