Over the last 9+ years, I’ve worked across global banks and large platforms like JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank, leading products that span digital payments, platforms, and AI-powered customer experiences.I’ve taken products from early problem discovery through launch and iteration- writing PRDs, shaping roadmaps, partnering closely with engineers and designers, and using data to make better decisions. My experience includes building high-scale transaction platforms, merchant and consumer journeys, and more recently AI-driven search and self-service systems (Natural Language Search, RAG pipelines, and generative AI guardrails).
