I have 22 years of experiences in the field of Public Health, Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Skill Development & Livelihood Promotion and Agriculture having skills of Planning, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Human Resource Management, Establishment of Management Information System (MIS), Database Management, IT based initiative (i.e. Software, Website, mobile apps), Knowledge Management, Capacity Building, Research, Documentation, Statistical Analysis, Liasioning and Coordination. I had working experiences in various social sector Programmes/ Scheme in association with Central Ministries, State Govt.
