HR taught me something most people don\'t realise hiring is never just about filling a role. It\'s about understanding people. What drives them, what they\'re capable of, and where they\'ll genuinely thrive. That foundation shaped everything that came after. As a Recruitment Consultant, HR Generalist, Mentor and International Recruitment Manager working across global markets I reviewed thousands of CVs, built relationships with businesses to deeply understand what they actually needed, and matched candidates not just on paper qualifications but on genuine fit. I also coached candidates through every stage of their job search including the day before their interviews, when confidence matters most. HR gave me the framework. Recruitment gave me the reality. And the reality was this the same knowledge and tools that HR professionals and recruiters use every day were completely inaccessible to candidates. Job seekers were navigating a system designed to be fast, not fair. Competing against AI-powered screening tools with nothing but generic advice and expensive coaches they couldn\'t afford. I came to the UK to complete my MSc in Human Resource Management at Aston University, Birmingham deepening my understanding of people, organisations and the future of work.
