Create and update the financial reporting Process documents, Checklist, Checkpoints, due date list and the Templates with the client latest instructions/processes.Upon approval make sure that the Team is implementing and referring the process while performing the related activities/processesFollow/update the SOW (scope of work) shared by the client and to make sure that proper planning is done to meet client/Management requirementsProvide the required information/Inputs on any new/upcoming projects and accordingly design the process flow and related requirementsUnderstand the entire processes of Clients related to Financial reporting processesLead the entire Accounting Team and serve to the needs and requirements of Clients/ProjectsTrain the Team member on entire Financial & Accounts Reporting processesAssign tasks to the Team members by updating/creating tickets at PMS or by sending email instructions. Upon completion update status of respective task/tickets or create/send email to respective clientReview and post all financial related transactions and accordingly update client by sending email status update or by updating PMS. Advise/assist Team on pending queries and changes.Prepares AP, AR & financial reports per the set format/processes by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.Process all AR, AP & Financial Reporting related activity within the specified time limit.Create and update MS- Outlook/Google calendar reflecting monthly financial activities/processes.Develops policies, procedures and work instructions for review and approval of the senior and recommendsmodifications to existing policies and procedures as they relate to accounts financial reporting.Ownership for the Daily/Monthly/Yearly/Quarterly close process.To ensure that the Financial Reporting system balancing is routinely completed and that there are no outstanding issues.Participate in client meetings and share the meeting points in advance.
