About Divya Muralidharan
As an Associate Vice President at EY, I have lead the Government and Public Sector team in the Project Finance and Infrastructure domain. I have several years of experience in advising National and State Governments on Public Private Partnership projects in various sectors such as Transport, Health, Water, Waste & Sanitation, Education, Urban Infrastructure etc. I have also worked with international clients, including Governments, Lenders and Investors, from countries such as Cambodia, China, France and Spain. My core competencies include drafting and reviewing core bidding documents (Request for Proposal, Request for Qualification, Contracts, Financing Documents, Consortium Agreements, Construction Contracts including FIDIC, NEC etc.), project structuring, financial modelling and analysis, risk management, end-to-end infrastructure development across project lifecycle and assisting the government over day-to-day project management issues (including negotiations with stakeholders). I specialize in advising on strategic, financial, regulatory, and commercial issues that impact private investments in infrastructure. Before joining EY, I was working at a Tier 1 law firm, Luthra & Luthra as part of the Project Finance team where I was involved in advising foreign suppliers over the nuclear law regime in India. I also have a strong legal background, having graduated as a gold medalist in Business Law (Honors). I am passionate about delivering social welfare infrastructure projects that not only create value for the public and the private sector but also benefits from the legal acumen that underpins my approach.
