Design Strategy As UX CoE Lead, I am in charge of UX vision and instrumental in driving and creating innovative experiences for Healthcare Products. I am dedicated to advocating for accessible and inclusive design throughout all stages of the design process, actively encouraging the design team to apply WCAG guidelines to their designs. Revamped the entire design system to be compliant with WCAG-level standards. I regularly conduct accessibility audits to identify any potential accessibility barriers and provide assistance to the team in addressing them. I am skilled in interpreting accessibility test reports from tools such as Lighthouse, Evinced Mobile Flow Analyser, and Accenture’s Accessibility test tools. Mentor I am committed to nurturing high-performance designers across six teams, fostering their growth and success by setting clear goals and objectives, providing ongoing mentoring, conducting performance evaluations, and offering constructive feedback to build the strongest team.
