   At Mahindra Susten, I am offering advice on EPC business across Contract Structuring to obtain the maximum benefit under the GST regime, and contributing majorly towards implementing of GST at the corporate level including the study and interpretation of GST law. Here, I have spearheaded the migration of 26 existing VAT and Service Tax registrations into the GST regime, and monitored compliance with ITC norms, 3B-2A reconciliations, job-work, and filing of Trans-1, GSTR-1/3B/6/9, and 9C.I have been interacting with Central Excise & Customs, VAT Authorities, DRI, DGGSTI authorities for audit, preventive checks, Service Tax audit, VAT & CST assessments/audits, and various other daily errands, and have been resolving SCNs and other queries from GST, Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax department, and VAT authorities. I am ensuring conformity of GL balances and postings with GST, Excise, Service Tax, VAT-CST Returns, and other records, while recommending businesses on duty benefits available under various Trade Agreements like FTA/PTA/CECA/CEPA, and ensuring the materialization of benefits of MEIS and SEIS scrips and other Deemed Export Benefits.Among my achievements, I have implemented GST across the organization, served as a key member advising on new EPC projects on Indirect Tax and EXIM policy perspectives, and resorted to benefits of MEIS and SEIS for unused BRC related to past exports amounting up to INR 5.50 Cr. I have also rendered knowledge on FTP benefits and Trade Agreements for the import and export of projects, and obtained GST refunds exceeding INR 35 Cr. to date.
