Ensure accurate costing across leather, trims, embellishments. Handling pre-production approvals of samples, materials & workmanship. Daily Liaison with buyers and production departments for maintaining timely delivery of consignments, T&A tracking and updates to buyers. Problem solving & quick decision making in case of major issues related to customer satisfaction. To maintain all official communications from customers like Purchase order, Spec sheets, Sample history of initial, cfm, shipments samples and also make sure that all the important information has been passed to factory at the right time to the right people in simple means.
