Working as a Senior Consultant RPO role with Client LTM Onsite. Working here for a project based RPO for the GCC Demands and various clients such as Cisco, Chevron, HP, Electronic Arts, Neilson,etc. Maintaining and Tracking daily Data on Excel sheet for avoiding duplication and keeping a track on fresh and new profiles. Screening and then share profiles ahead with the hiring manager for further rounds of process. We used to have our internal app for Interview lined flocareer and Berribot.we used to get interview results in just 24 hours the same day. tracking and maintaining data with different stakeholders was my main task to be completed. We used to upload profiles from Ripplehire and track details and used to source from LinkedIn, Naukri and job posting for niche requirements.
