About Divya Kalsi

I proudly call myself a marketer not just for being in the business of brands for over 10 years but for being increasingly close to the voice of the consumer, doing something which is both intuitive and data driven, something that continues to challenge me - tickling both the left and the right side of the brain. I started my career with Reckitt Benckiser, one of the largest consumer goods companies of the world. The nearly 5 years spent there across roles and brands, taught me a lot across Health, Hygiene and Home-care space as I worked on Brand Development, P&L, Product Innovation, and Communication Development.When l moved to Bangalore, I had the opportunity to work for one of the biggest food companies in India. My stint with ITC Foods taught me nuances of an entirely new industry and in a short span it added vastly to my learning in marketing, distribution and manufacturing. Currently I am doing some really exciting work on Black & White Scotch in Diageo.Outside of professional life, I take a daily dose of meditation and journaling. My enthusiasm for food and travel has taken me to 16 countries and across the homeland. I am an adventure sports enthusiast and tend to plan the biennial vacations around it. On other days, I enjoy reading non-fiction and trying my hand at cooking.
