   As a part of HRSS (Shared Services), my major contribution is towards the Recruitment – shared services, ensuring that we deliver smooth recruiting services.• Currently managing recruiting teams consisting of 60 plus team members that is a part of Shared Services – recruitment admin services.• Understand and effectively manages team’s governance and performance. Maintain team capacity to manage daily volume of tasks and keep attrition levels in line with defined targets.• Understand the level of risk and flag & propose mitigation. Drive behavior in the team through Accenture Standard tools to drive business outcomes (like GPH - global productivity hub, ACF – Accenture control framework, SQF – Standard quality framework, OM 4.0 framework) and utilize them to drive performance.• Clearly communicate team goals and deliverables. Hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs and career discussions. Set up a planning for bottom performers.• Managed teams that was involved with complete E2E recruitment and Shared Services recruitment admin-based processes like – Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Background check verification, Onboarding (collecting paper works and due diligence), Engagement Coordination, expedited staffing, Shared Services Group and other recruiting services.• Stakeholder/Client Management: Maintain client relationships interface through regular connects and emails. Understand client priorities and problems & help translate to actions for the team. Partner with client to innovate on process improvements. Meeting all the SLA and quality that is set with the client. Lastly, build a strong trust equation with the client through domain/industry expertise, consistent delivery and timely status reports.
