As the organization scaled globally, I led organizational design and operating model evolution to align team structures, decision-making, and ways of working with strategic priorities. I directed the Project Management Office, coordinating cross-functional transformation initiatives across leadership, functions, and international regions to drive alignment and execution. I developed implementation roadmaps, internal systems, and accountability mechanisms to translate strategy into sustained organizational change, and conducted organizational research, workforce analysis, benchmarking, and partnership research for global expansion through qualitative and quantitative research to inform leadership decision-making.I partnered closely with the Co-CEOs\' office and executive leadership as a strategic advisor, providing research, synthesis, and structured decision support on organization-wide priorities. I developed executive communications, briefing materials, and internal communication strategies to improve transparency, leadership visibility, and cross-functional collaboration. I also engaged senior stakeholders across governments, global health institutions, and partners to support global expansion and long-term partnerships, and supported advocacy engagement for the World Health Assembly, World Health Summit, UNGA, and the UN.Grounded in human-centered design principles, I built employee engagement systems, including pulse surveys, organizational forums, and feedback loops that translated workforce insights into actionable improvements. I designed onboarding programs, leadership forums, and organizational rituals to strengthen culture and accelerate learning. I also led the planning and facilitation of global organizational retreats and leadership convenings, aligning board members, leadership, and teams around shared strategy and priorities.

I am passionate about applying my creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems. As a former chess player, I relate design strategy to the chessboard; to solve problems that confront all logic. I am inspired to dream up new and improved ways of problem-solving. I aim to use design and behavior change principles to better address social inequities and drive sustainable community change.My attention is largely focused on the world around me, and constantly exploring its structure and systems to find ways to bring justice and solutions forward. I see everything through the lens of possibilities and progress, problems and solutions, as well as opportunities and execution.My experience of working with marginalized communities at Noora Health and through the ‘MA focusing on Design in Health Program’ at the University of Texas (Austin), has allowed me to focus on community health, behavior change, and using design thinking to better address key social gaps in communities for sustainable change and better health outcomes. Having developed relevant knowledge in one part of the world, I am eager to now create an impact on a larger scale.
