As the Office Managing Partner of the Forvis Mazars India Delivery Platform and one of the Board of Directors, I oversee all aspects of the organization including quality delivery, innovation, practice development, and talent strategies. I get to bring my passions together – improving the performance of our business and making an impact by working on Transformation initiatives for our business aligned to our Strategy and growing the team exponentially to be future ready.My role is to expand the breadth of Mazars’s service capabilities in India along with expanding the global footprint while delivering exemplary quality, collaborative solutions as one firm and providing key insights to our clients. I’m passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders at Forvis Mazars and I am committed to advancing inclusive leadership in the workplace. Change is the only constant.Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, I have helped set up a Financial modelling team for KPMG Global Services Pvt Ltd and expanded the breadth of services being offered in it and added number of clients/geographies to the portfolio. My client service focus was within the corporates, healthcare, utilities and infrastructure sector. I led the Business Modelling service line and was the appointed Inclusion & Diversity lead for the Deal Advisory service line. I worked on multiple transformation projects with COO office during my stint.Prior to joining KPMG in June 10, I was the Manager at F1F9 a boutique consulting firm for 5 years, leading their Financial Modelling team specialising in Infrastructure sector.
