With a solid foundation in Data Science and Business Analytics, coupled with hands-on experience at ICICI Bank and HSBC Bank India, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.In my current role as a Senior Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, I have honed my skills in data management and analytics, overseeing the development and maintenance of critical applications used for credit risk monitoring. My responsibilities include managing the SDLC processes, performing data extraction and analysis using SQL, and preparing detailed reports with Excel and Power BI. I have also led the implementation of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance application security, conduct user acceptance testing, and coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless application updates.During my tenure at HSBC India as a Business Analyst, I played a pivotal role in managing and transforming employee and client data. I developed automated solutions for FTE distribution and productivity metrics, providing crucial insights for cost and revenue optimization decisions. I also managed financial reports of the company for various regions across the globe to do data analysis and automation.
