Responsible for Entire Recruitment.• Responsible for Sourcing, Screening and Application Processing for all the skill set. • Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.• Analyzing Present job requirements and make sure that both the job expectations and the client\'s expectations are cleared before getting into the Selection processes.• Negotiating salary, notice period & relocation etc. • Coordinating and Communicating with the Clients and Candidates in recruitment.• Taking Interview feedback from clients through mail or phone.• Working on and recruited junior level, Middle level and Senior Level Management Positions.• Regular follow up with hiring managers for new positions & previous submissions.• Experience in working with Vendor management system (VMS)• Involved in Background verification.• Preparing weekly reports, with candidate’s pipeline status and maintain trackers.• HR Discussions for selected candidates and sending Offer Fitment details to IBU & IBG Head for the Approvals.• Working very closely with the senior management, IBU Heads, Sales, and presales teams to ensure that requirements close within SLA.• Hard working, punctual and dedicated for the given responsibilities.• Honest, Quick learner, detail oriented and ability to adapt to new processes.
