In this work, I developed a stacking ensemble model using decision trees and random forests on large-scale datasets by enhancing data preprocessing and feature engineering. I gained valuable industry experience as a Founder\'s Office Intern at TaxNodes, where I contributed to a 4x increase in revenue by improving customer experience and streamlining CSV uploads. I developed backend code for file parsing and portfolio reconciliation, reducing manual effort and enhancing data accuracy. As a Data Science Intern, I worked on sentiment analysis for 1M+ user data points, achieving 91% accuracy using KNN and SVM. During my SPARK Research Internship at IIT Roorkee, I designed a dynamic pricing model using Thompson Sampling with inventory constraints and a mixed pricing strategy to balance exploration and exploitation. My work involved updating the posterior using a linear program and adding a monotonicity factor to optimize pricing efficiency. My research includes a project on Confidence Interval Analysis, where I identified cases of uncertainty regarding mean inclusion in variance intervals and proved the results for Gaussian distribution.
