ABOUT DIVIYA LEONARD
I am a passionate, curious, and determined student in the Integrated Business and Humanities (B. Comm) program at McMaster University. I am extremely passionate about business with purpose and advocating for greater accountability and meaningful action of corporations. I fundamentally believe that environmental, social and governance considerations must be embedded within organizations, both for the survival of the business, and the planet. My extensive volunteer experience has shaped me into the person I am today, and has informed much of my education and career path. Throughout my 7+ years of experience within the non-profit sector, I have engaged directly with senior leadership, given speeches at corporate events, and led numerous workshops and trainings on gender equality and youth advocacy.
