I am an IT professional with over 13 years of experience managing IT service delivery, infrastructure design, security, and techno-commercial operations across diverse sectors such as IT, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and manufacturing — both in India and abroad. My expertise lies in implementing and maintaining enterprise-class IT services, driving standardization, and establishing processes that ensure seamless IT operations, all guided by ITIL best practices. I am also ITIL-certified, with strong project management and leadership skills that help me deliver strategic and operational excellence.In my current role as Senior IT M&A Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, I am responsible for conducting due diligence, developing IT integration strategies, managing project timelines and budgets, leading change management initiatives, conducting post-merger IT assessments, and building strong relationships with clients.Previously, as Leader – IT/Digital (Business Information India) at LIXIL India, I managed IT service delivery, project management, business continuity, and IT operations. I also led the IT strategy for LIXIL’s four business entities in India, overseeing infrastructure, business systems, ITIL functions, security, audits, and resource management.Over the years, I have led and contributed to several key initiatives, including the Ease of Doing Business Program, E-Learning Portal for designers and architects, H2H setup, GST E-Invoicing implementation for Grohe and LIXIL India, payment collection automation and channel financing setup for the dealer community, marketing automation and digital leads management for the Tostem business, and DocuSign implementation for the India business.Before joining LIXIL, I worked at DCM Shriram Limited and Royal Enfield as Deputy Manager – IT, where I was responsible for the design and rollout of IT infrastructure projects, IT security, policy implementation, and support for infrastructure applications. I also led change management initiatives, incident and configuration management, escalations, and developed operational models to enhance IT service delivery and drive cloud strategy and adoption.I hold professional certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Architect Technologies, Google Cloud Certified – Google Suite, and ITIL.
