ABOUT MAHMOOD
I believe that equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) shouldn’t sit on a shelf as a policy — it should live and breathe through the people, culture and decisions in every organisation. I work with public and private sector organisations to turn good intentions into everyday actions. Whether through interactive workshops, strategic consultancy, or leadership coaching, I help teams move past tick-box exercises and create meaningful, lasting change. Examples of my work include embedding PSED in a government department, delivering unconscious bias training to staff at Johnstone Carmichael (Scotland) and supporting Luton Borough Council to embed stronger EDI structures across their teams and systems.
