About Divek Agarwal
After finishing my UG in SPJain Global management, I became a part of an traditionally operated company with an objective to earn profits. However, since my entry, our motto has changed towards innovation in water scarcity, improving product portfolio based on consumer needs. Ex: we created Water wheel for 3tier cities to make water more accessible to remote areas, conducted plumber & dealer meets to spread knowledge about pluming techniques for better efficiency, provided affordable water storage & supply solutions for huts, distributed rewards (silver coins) for professionalism in an disorganised segment of plumbing. Moreover, we increased geographic spread throughout South India, with the same ideology to make water solutions more accessible and received incredible response with 28% CAGR since 2019 1st quarter. Hence, from a company into just sales and collection, we have become a solutions organisation, increasing efficiency and affordability for Rural India.
