Roles & Responsibilities:(Total 140 MW power plant Engines with MAN 18V51-60DF x 6 & 12V51-60DF x4).*To prepare & implement the site financial budget annually and keep its monthly track in order to avoid exceeding of the allotted budget.*To keep track and accountability of company asset at the site.*To monitor power plant maintenance with respect to Annual Operating Plan & annualmaintenance plan Monitor/measure/achieve the contract benchmarks*To analyze the technical parameter/data of engine and auxiliaries and take corrective actions ifrequire, co- ordinate/update with client/technical service/field service, in order to achieve desiredlevel of technical performance.*Establish and implement the standard operating procedures for uninterrupted supply of power toclient.*To co-ordinate with logistic to meet spare part needs, maintain inventory levels, liaison withcustomer for purchases, ensure timely delivery & availability of spares to reduce downtime.*To plan maintenance dates, co-ordinate with and inform ROM/field service/Logistics, seek supportof technical service/external service, prepare reports in order to increase efficiency/life of engineand deliver as per contract.*To comply with the safety standards, co-ordinate with clients for resources, conduct audits, takecorrective actions, train staff in safety drill in order to avoid accidents and damage to property andlife.*To plan and allocate work, prepare shift plan, train and develop staff to maintain/serviceequipment, provide performance feedback in order to achieve plant performance targets throughmanagement of staff.*PMS: Set goals; identify Key Result Area for staff to achieve the company\'s goal and to improvepersonal development. Maintain the administrative record of staff.*To gather and analyze data, prepare and submit timely MIS to client/Head O&M Operations/ROM,clarify issues if any in order to continuously track performance and keep internal/external peopleinformed.
