In my role as Manager of Operations at St. Mary’s Medical Group, I support the day-to-day functions and help lead strategic initiatives and physician recruitment across a multi-specialty medical group. My background in practice administration, clinical lab development, and pharmacy gives me a broad perspective on healthcare operations. But what drives my work is connection and building strong relationships across teams to create meaningful, lasting change.    I support the operations for St. Mary’s Medical Group, a multi-specialty group with 100+ providers across 25 locations. My key responsibilities are:Project Management & Clinic Expansions – support the planning and execution of new practice openings, relocations, and facility improvements Physician Recruitment & Onboarding – Collaborate with leadership to identify, recruit, and onboard top medical talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsOperational Strategy & Leadership Support – Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Operations on strategic implementation of system initiatives and provide continuity in leadership support Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization – Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance provider and patient experiences, and improve practice management processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with physicians, administrators, and hospital leadership to support business growth, staffing needs, and operational improvements.My role is centered on supporting long-term organizational growth while ensuring that our medical group operates smoothly and effectively.
