Planning Policy Officer @Cherwell District Council

Support the team in undertaking research for the preparation of Local Plan and preparing the consultation events. Undertake any monitoring tasks, including doing housing site visits, preparing project management workstream, and contributing to the completion of the Council’s Authority Monitoring Report and Brownfield Land Register. Prepare an officer response on planning applications to be submitted to the Development Management team. Manage and respond to emails related to self-build / custom build email.
