About Bren Hanson
do I love people and helping them! I am the Creator of the Super Help Desk. My team grew from a small IT support Help Desk into a Full Service Center. Single-point-of-contact for our company was our goal and we achieved that. I currently manage level 1 technical support and Asset Management. I most recently served as the Chapter Advisor of the San Francisco Chapter of HDI and I\'ve also served on the National Member Advisory Board for HDI. We are helping our members by adding value through networking, education and sharing best practices at our local chapter meetings. Personally, I enjoy building corporate culture and mentoring individuals while helping them grow. I have been giving back to my industry by speaking at my local Community College in their IT classes and sharing current industry information with their students and the Computer Science Advisory Committee where I was most recently Chairperson of the committee. I\'ve created and presented webinars for HDI:\"CIO Perspective: Talking the Talk\" and \"Changing a Clark Kent Help Desk into a Superman TEAM!\". I also enjoy sharing my customer service stories by speaking at local chapter meetings. I\'ve been a speaker at the HDI World Conference for IT Service & Technical Support 7 times speaking on Help Desk/Support Center challenges, wins and case studies.
