I work at the intersection of education, alumni engagement, and career access, supporting youth from underserved communities as they navigate the transition from school to higher education and the workforce.At The Akanksha Foundation, I design and implement programs that support alumni through academic counseling, college admissions guidance, mentorship, and career exposure. My work involves building partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations, supporting informed academic choices, coordinating career initiatives, and creating platforms where alumni can explore diverse academic and career pathways.My areas of focus include:• Alumni engagement & community building• Career exploration programs• Partnerships with organizations and institutions• Designing student and alumni development initiatives• Career readiness & opportunity accessI’m passionate about building systems that ensure young people from underserved backgrounds have access to the same opportunities, networks, and career exposure as anyone else.Outside of my professional work, I am an avid reader who believes deeply in the power of stories. I am particularly drawn to poetry and spoken word that explore the depth and complexity of human experiences. I seek meaningful conversations, enjoy learning about different cultures, and truly believe that nothing brings people together quite like food and music.
